 What is PlumX Metrics?

Solution

PlumX Metrics is Plum Analytics’ comprehensive, item-level metrics that provide insights into the ways people interact with individual pieces of research output (articles, conference proceedings, book chapters, and many more) in the online environment.

Collectively known as PlumX Metrics, these metrics are divided into categories to help make sense of the huge amounts of data involved and to enable analysis by comparing like with like. PlumX Metrics are available on SSRN Abstract Pages. Learn more about PlumX Metrics sources.

There is missing data in the PlumX Metrics on my Abstract Page. How do I get the metrics updated and/or corrected?

Please allow at least 1 to 2 business days after SSRN’s review of your paper is complete for your PlumX Metrics to show. Some sources like Google Scholar do not share information so this data may not display.

For additional questions about missing data or sources, contact Plum Analytics at support@plumanalytics.com.

I revised my submission, and now my PlumX Metrics are no longer available.

Once the revision is processed, your PlumX Metrics will display.

Can I export my PlumX metrics?

No. You cannot export PlumX metrics at this time.
